Hi guys.
I'm new here because of love to vintage things and cos I've just bought pair of Altec Speakers 601C with original crossovers N3000E. Far last week I study history of Altec and all enclousers. I have chosen Oaken Mini Enclouser for this speakers but cannot find all info I need to calculate boxes. Please check pic below and if u have it know this please let me know.

Hi Aro,

The 601C is essentially a 414-8a ( with a tweeter-horn stuck into the center ) .

You should measure the TS parameters of your 601/414's ( so that you know what you really have on hand ).
- The simplest ( to use ) measurement system is Dayton's DATS V2 (https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-dats-v2-computer-based-audio-component-test-system--390-806). ( It's for PC only )

If you want something ( mostly ) free ( &/or something that runs on a Mac ) then download REW ( Room EQ Wizard ) (https://www.roomeqwizard.com/)
- You'll still need an external sound-card ( with a bit of voltage/juice ) to drive the test jig that you'll have to construct .
