I'm looking at what looks like a Valencia 846B but in pro form. Did they make these?
I couldn't find any info on them. They do have dual ports.

Any insight?

Hello from Hood Canal Wa ,and welcome to the club.

It appears that what you have there is an Altec 1233 sound re-enforcement speaker. It used the Altec 421 bass speaker (made for guitar) and the 808 HF driver. It's not designed for Hi-Fi use. They were built in the late '70's and early 80's. You can find info on these in the library section of this site.

Thanks Ed. Appreciate the welcome and the information. Have a friend, has a place up your way.
Always wanted to visit.

These are in a Craigslist ad, and I was curious.
I'm currently looking for a pair of Valencia.

Here ya go! Good luck. The vents appear to be approximately 4" in diameter. Perhaps you could confirm that, since ALTEC didn't see fit to provide that dimension on the drawing.
