My guess is reproductions. I believe the bass ports are always painted and the walnut front edge doesn't look quite right. Lastly, the terminal panel is definitely not factory.

Another question I have is with reproduction cabinets how much value if they come with all original component? (2231a, 2202, 2440, 2405 and crossover)

I'm with Widget.
My OEM 4350 cabs are:
Veneered on the bottom and are all ply.
The ports are painted.
The rear panels are one piece, the ones you show look like part of the panel is removable.
There are some other indicators but that's enough for me. .
