I have a bunch of JBL recone kits. I have the speakers/drivers that use them all. But I have some dups.

They are CRPR15C, D16R2420, C8RLE52. Any glue in the kits is long gone. :)

Slide show of what I have is at http://www.myimagecollection.com/jblcones/

Should I sell 1 each of the dups or keep them all on the off chance both of the respective drivers I have dies?

If you do not need the money or space you should keep them. If you need the money or storage space is limited, then selling seems like the right answer.

If one of us sees them and needs one of your parts and makes you an offer you can't refuse, well then there's that. :D

Just out of curiosity - where did you come across all of those recone kits?

As you can see in my sig I have a lot of JBLs. I have been buying cones over the years. The PR15 cones are from 2001. Since I have the L222 Disco units purchased from Musicraft in Chicago around 1974 I decided I needed replacements cones. Just in case. :) Same thinking for all the cones. Heck, I still have my first pair of JBLs from 1967. Dorian S12 purchased from Allied Electronics on south Western Ave in Chicago. I also have a collection of extra drivers like LE5, 126, LE14, etc. Again, just in case.

Those boy scout lessons about preparedness really soaked into some of us, didn't it? :)
