Jbl l110

Can someone say by the image only if the renewed speakers in the JBL L110 are JBL original ones? I can buy a pair of L110 with (the owner claims) one renewed original whoofer (€600). And also, it seems the tweeter is damaged...can rhe function still be alright? In short, would you buy these speakers? Thank you for cooperation!

It appears that the woofers are JBL, but they have been re-foamed using incorrect wide roll surrounds, and glued to the front of the cone. And yes, the tweeter domes are pushed in. I wouldn't buy them.

Yeah that's a shame. When the tweeter domes get pushed in, the tweeter is permanently damaged. You can pull it out, and it will likely still work to some extent, but it's a much bigger issue than something like a dented dust cap.

If it was a great price it might make a nice project, but sounds like they want top dollar.
