Need early JBL 4560 plans

Hello! Does anyone got original plans for the early 4560? The ones with the symmetrical ports. The only plans i can found on net are these from Fane copies and the ones from the later 4560 with the removable baffle on top. Ill really appreciate it if someone can help me :)

I've in my garage original JBL4560, I don't remember the exact version, I should check the back badge, maybe BK version, with removable top frame.
