Hi everyone,

I write from Italy, because I'm looking for an original volume potentiometer for my JBL SG520 preamplifier. Could anyone help me? Thank you very much and kind Regards.
Alessio

Hello Alessio!

Down under you could see a link to a service manual for the SG520 (once I owned a SG520 too).
Look at the line amp in the end of the manual. It says 10 kohms included a tap for loudness.
You will also find part number for this vol control including part numbers for everything else in the amp.
I doubt the slide potentiometer are still available, that amp is approx 48 years old (the service manual
are from 1968

Hi Flodstroem, thank you!
My SG520 already has a volume potentiometer, but it isn't the original one; so I'm looking for a used or NOS one. :)
