Thinking of buying a pair of these for future build my own Ultimate vintage 16ohm system. Trying to decide between Altec 515, Jb lD-130, 150-4, Jensen 15ll. If someone can give me advice on crossovers to get and cabinet size to build and Horns and drivers to use to get the best quality out of the vintage drivers. What horn or tweeter and crossover will match up perfectly with each other. Thanks for everyones expert advice.

I hope you get some ideas, or posit your own for comment.
Seems like a design process in reverse though :dont-know:

What do you consider fun? There are other examples of JBL designs that used the 150
effectively besides the Paragon.

Sorry, didn't mean you shouldn't ask questions, it's just that you seem to hold the Paragon as above equal in sound reproduction (why else would people pay so much for them?), it seemed a glaringly obvious slam dunk choice to me.

just wanted to get your inputs of what other designs besides paragon or hartsfields that would suit the 150-4c woofer with either 375 or 175 plus bullets
