Hey, Don...

I don't know if Thread Pagination is changeable, but the default numeration is nagging. It shows the current (i.e. last) page as "Page 1 of 4" - whereas it is actually "Page 4 of 4".

Can you reverse the sequence, so that #1 IS the first page, and they flow in-sequence? Showing "#1" for the last page give no clue the length of the Thread.
And "Last >>" actually means "First", right? :banghead:

Bo - I'm not sure I understand you myself. If I go to the 4th page, this is what I get:

Bo

Go to User CP, Edit Options and Thread Display Mode. Click on the drop down box and change "Linear - Newest First" to "Linear - Oldest First". Somehow, the default setting was changed to what you are currently seeing.

I would love to have a "Show all" button if that is possible. I know that you can get that in UBB, don't know about Vbulletin.

Dammit - I did it to myself! I've been running it in LIFU (Last In First Up) mode - save's time hitting the "End" button to get to most recent post. Oh well, another day another realization of my own dumbness... :D

You can set the "Number of Posts to Show per Page" as high as 1000 if you wish. Yea, I run at "40 Posts per page", which has increased the refresh time constant... :(

Dammit - I did it to myself! I've been running it in LIFU (Last In First Up) mode - save's time hitting the "End" button to get to most recent post.I don't know if you have noticed, but all threads with new posts have this little downward pointing arrow http://www.audioheritage.org/vbulletin/images/buttons/firstnew.gif (http://www.audioheritage.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=3776) to the left of the thread title. If you click this, it will take you directly to the first unread post. Also, clicking the little sideways arrow http://www.audioheritage.org/vbulletin/images/buttons/lastpost.gif (http://www.audioheritage.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?goto=lastpost&t=3839) in the "Last Post" column will take you to the last post in a thread.

Yea, I do. I just seem to prefer the inverted format - with the most recent message up-top, the whole Forum global menu is right there, too.

Well, if nuthin' else, maybe we've helped some wandering Forumites enhance their experience! :p
