Any input on how a 2245H, 2446J/2311, 2202 and 2405 would work together would be appreciated.

Maxwedge has a similar set up, but liked the 2206 over the 2202 after he tried it. Eventually went with Be phragms, too

You should do just fine with what you're suggesting and that linked pic is old. I'm now using 2247 w/Be and 2352 horns, 2405's UHF and 2245 18s. The 18 in that pic is a 2242.

In '63 I ordered a 440 Dodge with a Stage 111 max wedge, it would eat a street Hemi for lunch.

This is sad. You mean you' re going to hack your nice new baffles? General opinion is that both the 2122 and the 2123 are superior sonically to the 2202. Find my thread about substituting treble drivers in my 4345's. I tried both TAD 2001 and JBL 2450's with dusted diaphragms. The 2450 was quite good, but I settled on the beryllium, so large format JBL plus Truextent may be the correct vibe ultimately, although that may involve a crossover tweek. If you've failed on the 2122 quest, get 2123's; they are available. With them and the large format JBL with dusted diaphragms you can use the 3155 equivalent circuit drawn by 4313B. And you won't need to hack your baffle.

There is no way I am going to hack up what I have built. This is the result of perusing thru the speaker builds on the forum and wondering if this would be a viable build. I have baskets for the 2122's but got the 2123's instead. I'm just waiting to install the 4313B networks.
