Are these aftermarket 2404H diaphragms?

Look right to me, the 2402 diaphragm in a 2404 makes a 2404H-1, used in the Cabaret series like the 4612.

The sort of numerology seen above ( written on the diaphragms support ring, is classic JBL for the time period ) .

I really thought that Jeff was quite clear in his affirmation that the sample is OEM, JBL / you're not going to get anyone to give you a money-back guarantee ( beyond informed opinion ) !

Jeff: I have read somewhere that there is also a diferrence between the phase plug in 2404 and 2404-1.
Is this nonsense?

They are different. Running on memory!: the base diameter on the 2404-1 phase plug is about 1.600" and the 2404 is about 1.720". Something like that.

There s a thread started by Widget called "Ring Radiator Measurments" or differences that is like 13 bazzilian pages long that has just about everything one could possibly want or need to know about this family of super tweeters. :)

The big give away on the knock off JBL 2402, 2403, 2404, 2405 diaphragms I have seen is that the voice coil leads are at least twice as wide as the originals.

Don't forget the cone phase plug on the 2403/076 is yet another variation.
