Things are moving along nicely on my 4345 build I have all the drivers, horns and lenses except the HF (trying to decide which ones) and I am ready to start the cabs. Does anybody have a source for the attachments for the 2245's and a paint code number for the JBL blue?

Do you mean those black clamps? If so I have 6 or 7 laying around that I bought way back in 1965 for my LE15As.

Dougie sells the MA-15 mounting kit

RAL 5007 is the blue ( I think, you might want to search that term and JBL to make sure)

Thanks, I'll get the MA15 from the guy on Epay, complete and I'll have it all. As far as the paint goes everywhere I check it's all in paint cans, I guess I can do it that way but I thought I would get a good roller or Purdy brush and do it that way, what's the general consensus on painting the front baffle?

I would think any quality paint store could mix RAL 5007, I think eggshell is what the guys use.

In my experience in doing cabinet work over the years the most durable finish for this purpose would be Sherwin-Williams Hi-Build PreCat Lacquer (CC-F57). Use the Dull Rubbed Effect finish (T77F58). This stuff would be mixed by a Sherwin-Williams Product Finishes Facility not a regular paint store. A regular paint store won't know what this stuff is in my experience. It is professional grade stuff usually only used by OEM furniture and cabinet professionals. The Product Finishes Facilities are located all over the US usually in the vicinity of the larger cities. For example, in NW US they are in Vancouver, Seattle and Portland. The bad news is the only way to apply this is with some type of spray equipment. But if you really want a professional look this is the best way to go IMHO.

Yeah, I just went with what the guys here were using. Pretty sure Bo, Ian, and the other posters in that thread aren't cabinet professionals

That's the S-W formula Bo used, then the RAL 5007 (which is a standard) was determined to be really close. Not sure an exact match would be needed if you were painting the entire baffle on a pair of speakers, and touching up the aged finish on an existing pair might not match the new paint.

So use whatever suits you, I was just trying to get the guy in the ballpark on the color.

I didn't mean it as a criticism. You're absolutely right about the color. I was just referring to the best material to use that color in for a very durable and professional finish. A lot of stuff will work.
