Hello

Still need some helps ...

I am working on my diy project 250 Ti and I will choose regular 250Ti crossover ( not dc coupled ) .

Can someones tell me why there is no Lpad to set up speaker and thre is those bridging bars ?

Does someone also have any size value for the closed box for 108H and 104H ?

gerard.

They use fixed attenuators instead of an L-Pad, it should be in the brochure. The L250 schematic shows them very clearly.

Oh

They use the fixed resistors because the pot's can get noisy over time. They oxidize with time so you have to put the wipper through it's full range a couple of times to remove it. They can actually drop a drivers level over time.

104H = 80 cubic inches

108H = 0.25 cubic feet

LE14H-1 = 4.2 cubic feet

Ok Giskard tahnk you

Now an other question because I need to buy the xover components :

I will use a 035Ti instead of 044ti in the 250Ti crossover I want to build .
At the end it looks like the 250 ti bq component !,
Should I change the Hf and uhf values of the crossover or not ( 250ti cross 5.2khz , 250ti bq 5.5 khz ) not so big difference ?
If yes Any idea of those new values ?

Forgive my lack of knowledge please !
thank's
gerard .

Gerard, this might be interesting for you!

It is an auction for 2 original and never used 250ti crossovers incl. schematic.

Thank you so much , Guido . It seems very interesting to me .

I am also looking for 104 H and can't find any on ebay , I found some 104H2 but I am afraid to not have the best result .... I have seen it overpowered the other spakers on a thread, otherwyse I will go to 104h2 and try to add an attenuation ! .Le 5 !!! , I believe 104 H would be better for a vintage speaker ...
I have seen 093 might be ok but also noone in ebay .

Any advise ...

Best regards

Gerard
