removing the grill on a JBL 8320

Does anyone know how you remove the grill on the 8320? I had to remove all the rear screws on my 8340A to remove the grill, but when I did that on the 8320 it still doesn't come off.

I found out that you can't remove the grill...it is part of the front baffle.
