Which type of JBL Signature?

Hello i got these speakers from my father the other day, there are no markings on the speakers except for the signature sign on the grill. He said he bought them in 1964 and only played them twice they have been sitting in a spare bedroom for years now. Can anyone tell me a model number and maybe a value to these. Thanks

They appear to be C40 cabinets with the D130 15-inch full-range speaker inside. Hard to tell from your photos but they may be home-built cabinets, or they might be the real deal. They certainly don't match and there is no network. Can you remove the back and take some shots of the inside? If they are authentic JBL-built boxes, then they are worth a bit but that's not really the preferred contents. Value is based on condition and whether or not they're JBL-built cabinets. The value of the D130 can be determined by past sales on Ebay.

Can you keep them and enjoy them, or are you only interested in selling them?
