seems I remember reading about an Altec driver from the early 70's I believe with an aluminum diaphragm (one piece dome/former) with half round Mylar suspension? Am I right about this? Seems to me Peavey build a similar one the 22 but not sure which was first I expect the Altec but not sure. Can anyone enlighten me? Thank you for any and all input. Best regards Moray James.
