Hi

Attached is a pic of the inputs on the back of JBL SG520 preamp.
As I have a new phono preamp, I am looking for line level inputs here.
Clearly I see AUX is line level input,
but what about other inputs such as MIC, TAPE, TUN? Are they too?
Can I I hook the output RCAs from phono preamp into one of them, in addition to AUX?
Just fuzzy and curious.

Currently I use AUX rear to play CDs, and I can use another AUX on front to play records.
But if I can use MIC, TAPE or TUN as the line level input, that would be nice cosmetically.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Either "tuner" or "tape" should work fine. "Microphone" looks like it's set aside with the low-level phono inputs, which is to be expected.

Without looking at the manual, I'd leave the MIC input alone.
TAPE PLAY, AUX REAR, TUN 1, TUN 2 should all be equivalent once
selected (which may be by different means).

Line level is -10 dBV, that is 316 mV.

Tested TUN and TAPE. They all work fine! Thanks for your feedback.

Yes, grumpy! Tested TAPE, TUN 1 &2, and all work as fine as AUX. Thanks much!
