Hi there,

I have a pair of these JBL professional control 25 speakers from 15 years ago. I want to hang them as part of a surround system but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. In the back there is the invisiball system where the ball is in the speaker itself and a big screw is sticking out. Most ones i see now its just the reverse. It looks like in the pictures that there is some sort of bracket i am missing that this screw goes into. Is there an easy solution for this? Where could i get this bracket or something similar? Whats the easiest way to get this on the wall? I dont have the hex wrench to loosen it either.

Thanks for the info Ive attached a pic.

You need the long allen wrench that goes through the logo on the front to adjust the invisi-ball system. Also, yes you're missing the mounting place where that threaded end goes. You may have to fabricate something.

Good luck,

You can probably get both from JBL Pro Parts.
