Clicking and volume loss in an LSR 28P

Got a pair of LSR 28P's second-hand, but in pretty good shape. However, one of them is substantially quieter than the other. To get the volumes even almost close, I need to crank down the trim all the way on the fully-functional speaker.

Also, I'm hearing a clicking sound from the questionable speaker.

My though is that a component in the amp is damaged or shot. What are the most likely candidates?

I would expect the "repair" would be to swap out an entire amp module.
Have you tried calling jblpro re out of warranty repair options/cost?
vs looking for a used single working entire cab...

I sent an email, but haven't heard back so I'm assuming phone is a better bet.
