Where can I find spec and enclosure reommandation for le 14 A and 2214

Easiest thing to do is download WinISD and play with the drivers. Just select both drivers and run them in the program. You can run them both together in the same window to see how they compare. The T/S are loaded in the program. They are on this site in the library. There are various constuction manuals on the site too.

Sometimes the factory tunings of specific applications are published. For example the 2214H was used in the 4425, the tuning of which you also find in the library:

This can be useful as a starting point for experimentation in e.g. WinISD.

For the Le14a my old JBL charts say a box of 3 to 4 cubic feet (85-113 L) with a 13 square-inch (84 cm sq) port and duct of 3 inches (8 cm) length. This is the middle of the range.

I ran mine in the 3.0 cubic footers and they worked fine.
