I recently built a set of 3155 9V networks for my 4343 but I don't think they work with 2123H, I think's it's a good couple of dB's too loud on 3155.

What are your opinions?

Hmm, I wonder what the problem is then, most probably room acoustics - overdamped mid/high region.

I have to say that I turned down the Bryston xover from 300Hz to 250Hz and it (of course subjective!) sounds better to me

Here there schematic I used for my 4344 project with a 2123. It is for BI-amp only.

Quite different from the 3155 one which only has a 2.4mH coil and 2x36uF in series.
I used 16AWG Crosscoil and 4x18uF in my 3155.

Looks like 4344Mkll
I've tried it, a bit softer sound.
340-1300-8000Hz

matin2395. Have you checked all wiring in the crossover?
There should be more than enough level control with the L-pads.

Here is a thread that is a good discussion of the 2123 and the crossover

Hi all,

I am new on this forum bit it helped me alot. I have apair of 4346 dyi of course with the following drivers: 2235h reconed on a E140-8 basket with a mass ring of 51 grams; a 2123h original, a 2425j with 2307 horn (manufactured from a big aluminium block) and 2405 with metal lens.

I want to know what would be the optimum crossover for this build. cc 3155 or another one modified for 2123. (mr Giskard's schematics)
If yes what modifications would be necessary
Can anyone help me?

P.s. This is an incredible hobby!
