Your video is incomplete. I assume there is a means for securing the speaker basket when the magnet is re-Gaussed. In 1985 I was employed at Emilar and placed on the speaker line. One day I noticed a crescent shaped hole in the wall about 20 feet from the Gaussing machine. My supervisor told me that my predecessor didn't secure the basket firmly in the machine, and launched a 25 pound 15" basket into the wall in the blink of an eye. Luckily no one was passing by at the moment.
