Anyone has it?

My new speakers sounds terrible, but I don't know, is it a room treatment problem or loudspeakers problem.
I asked Westlake Audio using official email, but havent got a reply.

Help me please!

A lot of money and an terrific sound.

Maybe its not the speakers, but whats driving them... Also check the crossovers...

Crossovers are internal only.
And amp is good.

but we are not them ...Unfortunately and very sadly, one of our members who had strong ties to Westlake passed away this summer.

Not sure that a frequency response graph is really what you need though. How did you buy the speakers? Isn't there a local dealer?

It was an official purchase. There was only one distributor in Russia. Now it's bankrupt. Does not answer emails.
So I try to find a way to get a support.

Seems you are not the only russian who bought Westlake gear and now having problems ...
