Altec Lansing 1201 and JBL D208 questions

I have a couple of questions for those in the know, if I may

First what's a fair price to pay for a pair of good condition (solid cones, working well) D208 speakers one of which has a slightly wrinkled dust cover .
I was thinking of using them in a little 15 watt guitar amp

Secondly does anyone know what drivers were used in the Altec Lansing 1201 portable speaker cabinets?

Any word on the 1201 PA cabs. Obviously not the top end of the line but I'm curious as to what the drivers are in them (I'm looking at a pair for sale)
