New room for 4350's

Looking for suggestions for new room in the basement for 4350"s. Max. width is 13 ft. and length can be up to 21.5 ft., ( was thinking about 17.5 ft.), Ceiling height is 8 ft. 3 framed walls with drywall and 1 concrete wall also concrete floor with carpet. . Would like to know if worth the effort to build the listening room for these speakers or will they over power the space.? Is it possible to get the listening area distance correct from the speakers for this size room. I will be using the usual corner bass trap panels and wall panels. Any experience with these speakers would be helpful. Thanks.

You want to be at least 2.5 meters distance from them to integrate properly which in your case you can do. 13ft is a bit narrow. Might want to think that over the boxes are wide so not much room between them or adjacent walls. You already have the manual so??
