What crossover to use for that combination?

Is there any passive crossover suitable for this combination in 4343 cabinets:

High: 2405
Mid: 2441(al) on H93 horns
Midwoofer: 2123H
Woofer: 2235H

I looked at Giskard's 4344 xover but it's not specified for 2123 and 2441!
