genuine C8R2122H kits, should there be mass rings?

I did just receive a pair of C8R2122H recone kits and are a bit confused, am i just misinformed or should there be mass rings included in my kits?

There are no mass rings in that kit. The mass rings are all confined to woofers not midrange drivers with one exception that I know the 251J 10" used in the Synthesis Center channel .

Ahh good to hear.I have seen these kits listed on some sites and Mass rings have been listed amongst the content of the kit, something i belived was a fluke, but i decided to check it out here anyway. Thanks a lot
