Hello to all,
Please take it easy; I'm a newbie. I am so glad that there is a forum like this where we all can share information. Before I continue, I used the search feature but did not find any hits. I recently picked up a pair of JBL 4430 and I'd like to maximize what they can do. The sound they produce is pleasing to my ears, and I only hooked them up to my old and trusty AV amp. I know I can get them to a higher level by going separates so I got an amp and preamp on the way (borrowed from a friend). While at it, I read from the 4430/35 brochure that they are designed to be biamped. The problem though is that there are available 5235 xo from ebay, but no card anywhere :banghead: . I searched the forum and found a picture of it and I downloaded the values of the components on the card, but I don't have a blank card. Is using the 5235 xo still a viable route, or are there any of you who have gone the electronic crossover route? If yes, please provide feedback and share your success story. I appreciate any help.
