I Converted a 28 year old sub to digital
about 3 wks ago and if theres such thing as a break-in
period for a new sp. freqs this one's come alive....
20-40hz flat and digital...I gotta tell ya/...
it sounds like I got a whole new set of speak's..
I can play this sub @vary high pwr and its
clean enough to keep the concerts transparent...
I just put a Alesis DEQ230 in front of the bass amp
EQ'd it ..listened and after 2 wks or so it started
to get really loud all by it's self ..It's a must Try!!

No flames meant or implied - just seems like a a darned shame,
folks'll have to go the used route for this ...

Note: performance results (for sub) were obtained, when added to an already EQ'd speaker system..
(alot of speakers are linear and don't need Equalization , but just the same, a Eq check test is good advice)
