Upgrade Binding Posts on JBL Crossovers?

I am wondering if anyone has found good replacement binding posts that fit well in JBL crossovers where the spring terminals are?

I used those to replace the push spring style posts on the L100s and the twist style on the L150s. I think I may order them again to use on the 4430s as well.

They fit the stock hole pretty well, I used a little hot glue though just to keep them in place since the fit wasn't "perfect".
