How to attach JBL L100 badge

Is anyone familiar with how the badge for the JBL L100 was attached to the quadrex foam grille inserts? Was it velcro? A post?

It was velcro, just one piece on the back of the emblem. The velcro hooked right into the foam. Pulling it off a few times would start to damage the foam, so it was best left alone.
