Hi. I've recently acquired a pair of 4435's. looking to change out the capacitors. Anyone in LA that can do this well?

Also, this pair came from a post house and the "JBL" folical plates and pots over the interior L Pads are missing- looking to replace and return to their original spec.

Thanks.

Been awhile, but you might try the contact referred to in this thread:

I think there was someone repro-ing the L-pad knobs as well, but I don't recall the name
(or if it was the same person)... maybe someone else remembers.

I'd worry about the condition of the L-pads and bi-amp switch initially... seems like there
wasn't a lot of room between the circuit board and input terminal board for swapping in
larger (typically) caps, but I'm sure someone could still do it with a sturdy and neat layout.

A picture might help. Congrats on the purchase.

Thanks for the reply. I contacted Mr Timmerman on the JBL Folical labels but still need to track down the pots.....
