I remember this as the "Voxmobile" ,with Paul Revere and the Raiders all over it in their promo shots and Vox ads. Another George Barris krazy kustom kar of the 60's!

Possibly not JBL, but it will probably blow away the dust.

Recognize that VOX used JBL components (including the 375s) as standard fare in their Churchhill PA system. I had a friend who used to dumpster dive for the wavy slant plates that were a bit off for whatever reason.

I used to work there and saw it first-hand and many custom one-off offering were sold to employees at big discounts.

Paul Revere and the Raiders "Kicks" was the first anti drug song that ever made the charts! I still listen to it regularly.

Those be the ones.

I worked at Thomas Organ Company ~1973 and we made the US VOX equipment including the Cry Babies. The top keyboard for the VOX Super Continental Baroque organ is a 5-octave version of the Thomas Trianon, 3.5 octave, top keyboard. We also made the Moog Satallites, and I bought one from someone who had removed it from the company "piece-by-piece."

We were located on Hayvenhurst north of Roscoe just a couple blocks from JBL on Balboa.
