Attaching tweeter assbly to magnet

I removed L110 tweeter assembly from magnet to fix dome dent now I have to reattach assembly. How do you center the dome voice coil in the magnet groove properly? And what type of adhesive should you use to attach assembly to magnet?

Isn't the aluminum surround of the diaphragm recessed into the magnet body? That should center it. However,seeing how pushed in the dome is,the voice coil probably isn't perfectly round anymore....
