Good questions! Unfortunately I have no idea. Perhaps a member in the know can tell us.

will the price be higher or lower than the array 1400

I'm sure that price isn't accurate and they don't ship the the US anyway.

I really like the looks of this model. G.T. has stated that it sounds like a smaller version of the new S4700.

will the price be higher or lower than the array 1400I can't remember where I saw the price but it was alot less than the 1400 Array. Different beast too with the horizontal horns.

I want a pair of these and the new Tannoy Precision 6.4's in the same room for comparison purposes.

I thought I had posted the Engineering Design Specification for this system but I can't seem to find it.

Oh, I think I buried it in the two new Everests thread.

What do you think the differences between the S4700 and S3900 would be if you were to cross over at 80hz to a sub. They do use the same two top drivers, correct?

Interesting. That's approximately what I paid for my S4700s, minus state sales tax.

Thanks for the link. I saw the speaker on display @ CES and they look pretty cool. Just as good as the S4700s, really.
