Hi, newbie here. Been reading posts on here for awhile and learned a lot of good info about hi end audio. I need help to identify my Altec speakers. These have 802D drivers with horn and 2 803b woofers in a corner cabinet. These don't have a sticker on back or any model # I can see (might have been removed or fallen off). I have looked for months online trying to find info on these but to no avail. Also, I am pretty non technical about electronics but I want to know if powering these speakers with a 100 watt receiver is going to hurt these in any way. The drivers are 16 ohm rated. Right now I am using them as front speakers with 2 JBL Lancer 77's as rear speakers through a JVC audio/video control receiver. They sound incredible and I am guessing they are part of the VOTT series. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
