Thanks for your comment
How to find out if the voice coil or diaphragm have been replaced?
I can't get the photos of the drivers at the moment

Unless the seller provides service tickets or documents showing any/all updates/repairs were done with OEM (original JBL) parts when needed, you have to trust them, until you can remove the drivers from the cabinet and examine them closer.

My input would not be much different, except those items (diaphragms and cone kits)
are really maintenance items, particularly in a studio environment.

I would -expect- new diaphragms and perhaps a re-surround
job where kits are no longer available, to be necessary until proven otherwise.

I believe the grille badges/nameplates are available as refurb items (not OEM)

The seller said this 4343B have been got from Japan before the earthquake, therefore without nuclear radiation, the surround of middle drivers and woofers have been replaced by the original ones.
he want me to remove the drivers and have a look by myself, but i am not in the same city.
I only worry about if the voice coil or diaphragm is OK
Thank you

I wonder if there is a simple method to examine it
Thank you

Play music you are VERY familiar with and see how they sound to you.
No guarantees, but other than opening them up and physically examining all drivers and diaphragms,
its as close to a second guess as you can get.

If you are not in the same town, you need to see paperwork or pray for honest seller(s).

We are not in the same city, and the seller is not a businessman,so he can't offer a paper guarantees, the deal has been cancelled.

Thank you
