What is Aquaplas?

Hi,

I recognized the white coating on the 2213 12" woofers is similar to the Aquaplas coating of the newer units.
What is Aquaplas and can I buy it somewhere in a bottle? My 2452H-SL compression drivers are coated with it, too.
The dirty white cones of the 2213 need a new thin coating...
