I want to improve the sound of my L250 (non ti) speakers and want to know if i can:

Use LE5-2 in place of LE5-11.
Use LE14-A in place of LE14H-1

I heard alnico suppose to sound better but not sure if they would be optimize for the L250s. Thanks in advance for your insight.

It may be likely that you will NOT appreciate the change.
EDIT-I would not even think about the woofer change unless the ts parameters are the same.

Please don't do it. If you want to appreciate some "refurb" benefits, consider having the crossovers re-capped. Otherwise, you're better off trading up for some 250ti. Any driver change demands a crossover re-design anyhow, better to just update what you have.

Thanks all for your recommendation. I will just play them for what they are.

Have you tried all of the simple fixes yet like cleaning the shorting bars with steel wool and feeding them with a different amp?
