Not sure if you're looking for the actual plans (such as drawings etc.) or clones, but Woody Banks appears to be making TH4001 clones:

Wow, those are nice. I don't think he's interested in built horns, since he's a carpenter ;). Anyway thanks for the link.

Mr. Yuichi Arai was kind enough to post drawing of his horn designs on his webpage. http://www.geocities.jp/arai401204/ It is my understanding that the A 290 is very close in design to the TH4001. My mistake was to pick an exotic and expensive hardwood that I had never used before. Although, not as bad as purchasing Facebook shares. LOL
