Who is your go to supplier of foam surrounds? Also, never having done a refoam job before, should I be looking for a kit that includes shims and a new dust cap rather than only surrounds?
TIA

His kits come with a disc with test tones - play the tones when you do the final attachment
and it keeps the voice coil centered in the gap -
I've never cut off a dust cap with the many resurounds I've done using his kits ...

Thanks for the info Heather, I just placed an order. I have reconed many speakers before but this will be my first refoam, I`m a little apprehensive:eek:

Received surround kit today. Installation pretty straightforward, took my time and things worked out quite nicely.
I used a 20 HZ tone rather than the 30 HZ sine supplied with the kit.
