Hi Folks,I have a reconed K120. The only stamp on the cone says JBL PRO 21 inside a circle. Can anyone identify this cone as being JBL or aftermarket? Is this the correct stamp for a C8RE120? I know they used to be stamped 21032 but I don't know anything about current JBL C8RE120 markings. Thanks,

The little white stamp circle with JBL PRO 21 sounds genuine for starters.

Depending on how recently it was reconed, there should also be the familar white 1/4H"x ~1": rounded-end-cut long white paper label with the mfg. date code- JBx, where x= the production line (A-F) that it was built on. Other tell-tale signs would include the exact appearance of the surround and dust cap, the neat, hard, gloss black glue holding the dust cap, the way the surround is glued to the back-side of the cone, and the color of the adhesive band at the surround-to-cone glue joint. Usually, but not always, JBL cones have a number inked on the back-side too.

I have original K120's (JBL Professional Series 2130's, actually, identical to K120 except for the iron part of the magnet is shaped slightly different and weighs 1lb. more, but identical performance). I don't have them handy at the moment, but search earlier posts of mine~6 years ago for 21032 cone pics.
I also have original E120's from late '70's/early '80's Cabaret 4602 cabinets. I've never photographed them, but they are presently out of the cabinets. If you post pics of the key areas mentioned above, I'll compare yours to mine.

I agree. I think the stamp may be JBL. More specifically I'm wondering if it's correct for a C8RE120. I'm going to take it to OCS today. I'll report back on my findings. Thanks to all.
