I'm not having much luck finding much information on these speakers. I would like to hear what other people have to say about their sound quality. I would be considering using two of them and augmenting them with say the Array 1500 sub for my home system. Any information on how these speakers sound by others or if my idea is just not a good one would be greatly appreciated.

What's going in the top octave?

I have not heard the SK2-3300, but being fairly intimate with the HF components and most of the recent crop of JBL horns, I think a pair of 1400 Arrays would sound pretty similar, image better, and are about 1/2 the price. I am admittedly biased but the imaging of that vertical horn is nothing short of amazing. Even though the 1400 Array has very good bass extension, I would still augment them with the 1500 Array if space and budget permitted.

Well, my thoughts on this speaker is that they can be bought online with some discount available. If I were able to audition them somewhere in Orange County it no doubt would be great. Their size is more realistic for my listening room than the larger JBL synthesis offerings. Was just curious if anyone here owns them and could comment on their sound.

Thanks for the responses and yes, I've seen the synthesis website ad nausium about all of their product offerings.
