I think you are looking for the cab plans for a DIY project. This is all I have for this.I can find the 9844-9849 but not the 46.Sorry ! The first pdf does give you dimensions for the outside of the cabs though. :)

Thanks for the response. Got to be something more detailed out there. Don't want to start cutting lumber with just out-side dimensions.
