Altec driver 807-8A - repair

I have a couple of 811-B horns with 807-8A drivers. Some 30 years ago, I was using them as part of what I believed was called half-A7 systems. When I rediscovered them, they didn't work. The voice coil leads to the terminals are all (4) broken right at the right-angle bends in the ribbon wire. It looks as if the horns may have been dropped from a great height during shipping from one home to another some 20 years ago. Anyway, the question is "Can these wires be soldered back together at the corner breaks? If so, who does this type of thing?"
