I think you're doing it wrong- those little speakers in front of the K2s should be mounted on the walls as surrounds!

Well I guess you could make a reasonable system from those components. :)

very nice. I hope you are able to listen to them all, now and then. :)

Yes I am currently listening to the 4350's at the moment. Just finished full refurb on them. They are very impressive with mcintosh equipment. The everest are going into home theatre room ( just about to build) with 4435 as rears and 4 x sub1500 for bass.
Full mcintosh rig to run it..... Can't wait to finish it. Will post more photos in the coming months :D

Wow! What a collection you got there! If you don't mind, may I ask how long did it take you to collect all these? i just wish I could afford to get into this many years earlier.

Enjoy...:D

Aside from all the speakers, we appear to have the same interior decorator.

That's correct Jeff , I made these because I love my 4435's and wanted something a little crisper and Waller ..... They are now sold to a guy in Sydney and will have a new home in December ;)

I dunno. On this forum I think we're in the 1% of those who own and value the JBLs we have. The 99% are like, "Isn't Bose better?"

Yeah, I know, these percentages lose all meaning the more we manipulate them.:dont-know:

I thought it was a joke. It's like me to think somethings funny when it's not or wasn't meant to be, I take things quite literally so I read that as a statement so obvious that it must have been a joke, read "Most of us are in the 99%." To me he's absolutely correct, certainly 99% constitutes the most.

I know, it's just me. :o:

I'm with you on the 1% T.D.

It's just a matter of knowing what to occupy. You have to pick something really nice, like Sandra Bullock's britches.

It was meant as a joke, in reference to the majority of us drooling over the JBL collection in post #1. I'm in the 99% who won't be owning a collection like that in my life time... :)

Now THAT will be an experience, and if I could I certainly would! I'm amazed to see that I own a pair of speakers that made your collection - XPL-200A's. As good as they are I expect they sometimes shudder nervously in the presence of all that big iron goodness :D. Seems all our Oz members have great systems; I've heard that the pickings are slim there (now we know why - they are all at Joe's), so it's even more impressive. :applaud:

Remember the creamy bass from a Westlake studio monitors (Big tree-way with a wood horn for mids) with a 350W/ch Macintosh power amp. Powerful and fluid sound, oh my godness!:)
