I picked up these huge (and heavy!) speakers today .. no model # on them they are apx 45 inches high x 32" wide x 25" deep. I guessed this might be the place to ask if anyone recognizes them!
Please excuse the cruddy cell phone pics ...

My guess is Valencia. Should be some good speakers if they are working properly.

Inside they have 416a woofer, N-500-E crossover & 802D horns... they sound incredible but I am going to sell them; they are just tooo big for my space. As I look around I see components being sold a lot on eBay and the like, but not soo much the original cabinets.... I'm sure a lot of sellers look at the size of these speakers, see the faded condition and say 'forget-it I'm trashing the cabinets and selling the guts' ...I bet a lot venerable old gear is going that way....Do you think it's worth trying to move them complete or offer up the parts?? I do dread handling the freight.....

What does "Southwest US" mean?
You might have some interested parties, if the drive wasn't onerous.

Correct, although they look like someone stripped them or they are very weathered. Just need some TLC.

There's a pair in the Missouri area that is near mint for $1800 if that helps you pricing yours. They do sound great but the size is intimidating!

P.S. Wardsweb, When can you ship me the turntable in the pic?
