Can a D-140r be reconed to something suitable for home use?

Have a single D-140R that was an orphan in a pair of Madrid cabs I bought. The VC rubs so it is pretty much useless to me. Can this be reconed into something suitable for home use. I could always find another for recone if it is a worthwhile venture. I would love to end up with something close t a 2235H but I may be a little too optimistic.;) Thoughts?

Yes...It can be reconed with a 2235H kit. It's basically the same as reconing a 2231 with a 2235 kit.
