Crown PSA-2XH Fan Coming On for No Apparent Reason

The other night while watching TV, the fan on my Crown PSA-2XH kicked on. The amp is used bridged for the 12 ohm sub and there was really no bass to speak of at the time nor was the amp even moderately warm to the touch.

I turned it off for a while and tuned it back on and all was fine for a while until the fan kicked on again. The amp continues to play.

I have the schematics for the amp. Is there a known, certain component(s) that is prone to failure that causes this anomoly that I can look too?

Maybe the sensor or relay is making trouble?

Had a pair about 20 years ago, they would do that when the filters on the back were dirty. There was also a fix from crown, my dad had done to his but it was electrical in the fan control circuit. Do not blow it up, they ( crown) will not work on it anymore.
