See attached for the 3 silver caps...

I don't want to replace these with Polypropylene or Mylar, I would like to use a stock-like replacement, no boutiques, etc.,

Any suggestions?

18uF is hard to find without some more searching. If it were me wanting to keep the electrolytics, I would start with this:

http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=027-346

then add this:

http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=027-320

in parallel to make 18uF. I can't really see the other values in your pic, but there are plenty of values available here:

http://www.parts-express.com/wizards/searchResults.cfm?searchFilter=ELECTROLYTIC&srchExt=&perPage=25&sortBy=5&layout=LIST&page=1&srchPrice=&srchCat=161&srchMfg=&srchPromo=&srchAttr=

Personally, I would consider changing to film types, at least for the smaller of the parallel pairs.
